We do not increase our rates for school holidays or peak holiday seasons

Our Villa Rental Rate (note price per villa not per person) is:

£420 per week (villa rental inclusive of US taxes)
Pool heat is optional and the rate for this is £65 per week
For stays less than 7 days – there is a cleaning charge of £50
Refundable security bond will be required with final payment (see terms and conditions)

Fees are shown in £sterling, however payment can be made in £sterling or $US (see conversion option below)

Note: Bookings are not confirmed until booking deposit has been paid
